We know things happen and emergencies come up, but when we aren't given enough notice of a reschedule or cancelation 3 people are missing out....
1. YOU- when given short notice you may miss out on getting your hair done if our schedules are full.
2. OTHER GUESTS- when given short notice a guest that wanted in but now didn't have time to rearrange things to make it to the salon, and now still has to wait.
3. YOUR STYLIST- short notice cancelations take away from your stylists INCOME. We don't make an income unless someone is in our chair. And with short notice reschedule/cancellations its takes away our chance to fill that chair.
Please give no less than 24 hours notice for all normal color/cut appointments and 72 hours notice for any extension or color transformation Services that take 2+ hours. If you have to cancel within this window, 50% of the service total will be charged. On the second occurrence of a late cancellation,100% of the service total will be charged before rescheduling. We will be asking for a card to hold on your file at your next appointment.
