Rachelle has been doing what she loves for two decades. Once an educator for Redken, Rachelle has a passion for teaching and mentoring others to prosperity in this beautiful industry. After having her little girl she decided to shift her focus from traveling and educating with Redken to spending time with her family and building her business serving guests behind the chair. Now four years later, and Luxe Mane has been born!

Rachelle is blessed to have an amazing family, with an almost-4-year-old daughter Chyles, a supportive hair husband Jesse, 2 boxers, a Maltese, cat and fish. When she's not in the salon you can find her working out, eating delicious food, reading any type of fiction book, hiking and, of course, spending time with her family!
